1. By using the boostsocialnetwork.com web site (“Service”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) of BOOST INSTAGRAM.

2. We reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. 3. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. While Boostinstagram prohibits such conduct and Content on the Service, you understand and agree that Boostinstagram cannot be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

2.  Click  “Start 5-Days free Trial” button to checkout.

3. Fill the mandatory fields (Email, Instagram Username, Country, Credit Card information)

4. Please check the box to agree with our Terms & Condition and Privacy Policy.

5. Click the “Subscribe” to complete the order.

Account terms

4. You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.

5. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

6. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.

7. Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.

8. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

9. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account).

10. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

11. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).


Automatic Billing, Credit Card Payment & DPA

1. The Service is billed automatically in advance on a monthly basis. When you subscribe to Boost Instagram by registering “START 5-DAYS FREE TRIAL”, you agreeing to automatic monthly billing after 5-day trial ends.

2. You can ask for cancellation anytime by emailing us at support@boostsocialnetwork.com. After cancellation of service you won’t be charged.

3. Your subscription will be canceled immediately if your credit card has insufficient balance.

Data Protection Agreement (DPA) : (the “DPA”) has been signed between Boost Instagram Ltd and Fondy Ltd. Boost Instagram commissions to Fondy as the Data Processor the Data Processing for the purposes of providing the Services described in the Agreement. Fondy will retain and process the Personal Data for the term of the Agreement and in accordance with the provisions of this DPA regarding the return or deletion of the Personal Data.

>The Personal Data processed include the following types of Personal Data provided by the Boost Instagram to Fondy:

a)Contact details (Name, Surname, Phone number, e-mail);
b)Billing Address;
c)Delivery Address;
d)Card Number.

Customer Complaints Policy


We want to resolve your complaints as soon as possible. Please email at support@boostsocialnetwork.com or direct message to our official instagram account @boost.insta.official and we’ll do our best to fix any problems you may be having with our service, as soon as possible.

Our Responsibilities:

•To provide an efficient, fair and structured mechanism for handling complaints.

•To provide our customers with access to the complaints handling process, including those customers with disabilities and special needs.

•To keep customers informed as to the progress of their complaint and the expected time frame for resolution.

Handling Your Complaint:

•Upon receiving a complaint, we will acknowledge your matter via email or Instagram direct message within 3 business days.

•If your complaint is urgent, such as where you have been accepted by us as undergoing financial hardship or Instagram Blocks, where your service is about to be disconnected, we will prioritize your complaint and attempt to resolve it within 2 working days. If we cannot, we will explain why and the reasons for taking longer.

•We will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint, proposed actions and the expected time frame for resolution.

•Our aim is to resolve complaints in a timely manner and we will generally resolve a matter within 15 calendar days.

•Complex complaints may take longer than 15 calendar days to resolve. In these cases, we will regularly update you on the progress and likely time frame for resolution.

•We will advise you of the outcome of your complaint. Where you have requested us to do so, we will advise you in writing.


Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms

12. A valid credit card is required for paying accounts.

13. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can request for refund by emailing us support@boostsocialnetwork.com. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

14. For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card that you provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.

15. Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of your Account. We do not accept any liability for such loss.


Cancellation and Termination

16. You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your subscription. An email or Instagram direct message(@boost.insta.official) request to cancel your subscription is considered cancellation.

17. In 5-days trial period, you’ve to request for cancellation before the trial ends. Please keep this in mind, we manually cancel your subscription, so it can take 3/5 hours to cancel your subscription after we receive your request. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be
charged again.

18. All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information can not be recovered once your account is

19. Boostinstagram in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Boostinstagram . service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account. Boostinstagram reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Modifications to the Service and Prices

20. Boostinstagram reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

21. Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Boostinstagram Site (boostinstagrams.com) or the Service itself.

22. Boostinstagram shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.


General Conditions

23. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

24. Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is only available via support email.

25. You understand that Boostinstagram uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.

26. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, Boostinstagram, or any other Boostinstagram service.

27. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by Boostinstagram.

28. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

29. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Boostinstagram customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.

30. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

31. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

32. Boostinstagram does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

33. You expressly understand and agree that Boostinstagram shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Boostinstagram has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.

34. The failure of Boostinstagram to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Boostinstagram and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and ColibriTool Sp. z o.o. (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

36. You will NOT use River tool for you any spam, bot and harassment.

37. Boostinstagram Account Managers (Managed package) will not perform any spam, bot and harassment. All requests to perform any actions like this may result in blocking your account in Boostinstagram.

38. We do NOT give support to anyone who wants to use this tool to perform any kind of spam or commit other crimes.

39. Boostinstagram is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.

40. It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use River at your own risk.

41. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason.

42. We require your Instagram username and password to obtain required information for Instagram API. WE DO NOT STORE, GIVE AWAY, OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTE YOUR PASSWORD TO ANY THIRD PARTIES.

43. The expected growth of followers and likes is not guaranteed to you in any way. It all depends on the quality  of your content.

44. We bring attention of real users to your feed, but we can’t protect you from spam, fake, inactive followers. It’s not possible to stop them, but you can remove unwanted followers by yourself or with special services.

45. We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services.

46. Before you make a purchase decision you are advised to try River for free for 5 days.

47. You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via chargeback.

48. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
